the legally required retention period has passed.

Course enrollment and progress data: Retained for as long as your course access is active. You

may request deletion after your course access ends.

Communications: Retained for as long as necessary to provide you with ongoing service. You

may request deletion at any time.

If you request deletion of your data, Natural Haven will honor that request within 45 days, except

for financial and transaction records that are legally required to be retained. Natural Haven will

confirm deletion in writing.
